HOW TO APPLY CAPTAIN TOLLEY'S 60ML ANTI-LEAK PUTTY?

By following the steps below, you'll be able to make an effective, long-lasting repair using our anti-leak mastic.

Preparation area: Before applying the anti-leak putty, make sure the crack you wish to repair is about 1 mm wide and as dry as possible. If you're repairing outdoors, check that weather conditions are favorable, with no frost or rain, and that the temperature is at least 7°C.

Application: Apply Captain Tolley's anti-leak putty sparingly from the bottle. You can apply it every 30 minutes until the crack is completely filled. If the product is quickly absorbed into the crack, this may indicate a major leak. Make sure the sealant doesn't run over the edge of the crack or the other side.

Drying time: Once the crack has been filled, wait at least 24 hours to allow the Creeping Crack Cure anti-leak putty to harden completely. After this time, check that the leak has been sealed. If necessary, you can apply a new coat of putty to finalize the repair. Bear in mind that curing times may vary according to weather conditions.
