The Plastimo Contest 101 Tactical Compass is a regatta version of the legendary Contest 101 compass with a tactical rose.
It combines the functions of :

- Classic course compass: on the horizontal part of the rose. The course is read on the aliddes fixed in the bottom of the compass.
- Tactical compass: on the vertical part of the rose. It is sufficient to memorize a single number for the 3 points of sail of an Olympic course.
