All items sold on Nautisports. com are by default guaranteed for 1 YEAR, unless specifically mentioned on the item sheet. This guarantee excludes normal wear and tear related to the classic conditions of use of the products.

To contact us in order to realize a request of SAV, send us an e-mail to the address contact@nautisports. com accompanied by the following elements:

• Several clear low definition photos in JPEG format (between 300 and 500 Kb max) including: a general view in order to be able to identify the product, the defective place(s),
• A copy of the invoice that we sent you by email.
