The Wichard Long Shackle is a must-have attachment for sailboats.
It is ideal as a tack when the eyelet is not flush with the sail or to attach to a large plate like a backstay.
The head of the shackle can be screwed on with an allen key, for a long-lasting attachment without risk of snagging. For short term applications, use self-locking and captive pins.
