OSCULATI 1 KG FAST EPOXY RESIN: FOR LASTING REPAIRS TO BOAT HULLS AND DECKS

Osculati Rapid Epoxy Resin 1 kg is specially designed for express boat repairs. Once applied, the product dries in just 2 to 4 hours at 20°C. It is a low-viscosity SX8 epoxy system ideal for hand lay-up, vacuum lay-up and casting on wood, glass, carbon and aramid fibers.

This fast-acting epoxy resin is ideal for afloat repairs to boat hulls and deck components , as well as sailboards, surfboards, SUPs and other epoxy or carbon substrates. Once cured, it offers excellent mechanical properties on wood, plywood or solid wood, making it easy to laminate with glass cloth.

TWO CURING VERSIONS

This epoxy resin comes in two curing versions, medium and fast, with the option of incorporating cellulose microfibers and glass microspheres to create filling stucco or curved elements. To mix the products, you can either use a scale or a controlled dosage pump, to be purchased separately.

Tip: To measure out the quantity of resin needed to laminate your fabric, weigh your fabric and multiply by 2.5 to obtain the quantity to be applied.
