With Nautisports, you have up to 100 days to return an item !

Doubt about the size or color of the product you received ?

Don't panic, Nautisports gives you up to 100 days to return an item for exchange or refund. To exercise your right of withdrawal, just send us an e-mail !

  • Would you like to make an exchange ?

Return shipping is free for all exchange requests within Metropolitan France, except for bulky products.

The return of bulky products weighing more than 20 kg or with a perimeter greater than 150 cm is at the customer's expense.

To inform us of your exchange request, simply contact us by e-mail at the following address: contact@nautisports. com.

We will then send you a prepaid Colissimo return slip to stick directly onto your parcel, as well as a returns form to complete. Outside metropolitan France, return costs for an exchange are at the customer's expense.

Do you notice a price difference between the product you bought and the one you wish to exchange? Don't worry, we'll let you know how to proceed by e-mail.

  • Would you prefer a refund ?

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense in the case of a refund.

Please return the product(s) concerned by the carrier of your choice to the following address:

You will need to fill in the returns form that we will send you by e-mail to the following address contact@nautisports. com or via our online chat tool. We will refund you within 8 to 10 days of receipt of your parcel.
