Return shipping is free for any exchange request in France, except for bulky products (Dinghy, Liferaft, Ladder and Paddle). You just have to contact us by mail at the following address: contact@nautisports.com. You will receive a prepaid return form to stick on the return package.
You can drop off your package at a post office or a Colissimo pick-up point.
The return costs for an exchange are charged to the customer outside of metropolitan France. Thank you for returning the product(s) concerned by the carrier of your choice to the following address Nautisports, Rue Edouard Branly, ZI du Pied de la Montagne, 69170 TARARE specifying on a plain paper your name, the number of the order and the mention "Request for refund". We will reimburse you within 5 days after receipt of your package.
