WICHARD SELF-LOCKING SHACKLES : TO FIX AND ORIENTATE

The Wichard Self-Locking Shackle is not the most common type of shackle used on sailboats.

However, it is ideal for securing and orienting equipment correctly: positioning a hoist in front of a jammer, securing a lifeline to the deck.

The head of the shackle locks into notches, which avoids untimely unscrewing. For permanent fasteners, choose shackles with a hollow hexagon pin.
