Super Marine's flush-mount plate anode is essential for protecting your boat from the damaging effects of corrosion, whether in salt or fresh water.
Designed for easy installation in a suitable housing, this anode sacrifices its own material to protect your boat's precious metals. It requires regular inspection, as once worn beyond 60%, it loses its protective effectiveness.
For seawater navigation, we recommend using a zinc alloy or aluminum alloy anode, due to their light weight and efficiency. For freshwater use, a magnesium anode is more appropriate.
