XXC SPINNER AND HIGH PERMORMANCE JAMMER

Choose the XXC Spinlock for workloads or rope diameters that cannot be handled by standard jammers, but where releasing the winch on the ZS Jammer is not practical.

Choose the ZS Spinlock Jammer for larger diameters/higher workloads, when winch release is a safety measure and when instant release is not necessary.

Technical specifications

Ceramic coated jaws clamp hybrid coated ropes with loads up to 2350 kg
Heat resistance generated by the high-speed passage of ropes, ensuring longer rope life
XXC0812 offers 50% more power, yet is 15% lighter
Lighter handle and frame; locally reinforced with unidirectional carbon fiber and titanium on key components
Ceramic-coated jaws lock hybrid-coated ropes with loads up to 2350 kg and resist heat generated by high-speed rope passing
Torlon internal bearings provide durable performance and strength under heavy loads
The XXC0812 is available for side mounting: with bolts for conventional installation, or in a glue-on version for direct assembly to the deck and rigging to save weight during installation and ensure structural integrity
Lock Open feature included for applications such as mainsheet and spinnaker sheets
Allows ropes to flow freely with handle closed
Easy access on deck to remove the complete internal assembly even if other jammers are assembled next to it
Access holes for flushing with clean water
Versions available in black, silver and orange
