Bostik's PU 520 + Hardener is the adhesive of choice for bonding and repairing RIBs, inflatables and dinghies. This two-component system ensures strong adhesion for both plasticized PVC and polyurethane materials.
Bostik PU 520 adhesive, with its separate hardener, is ideal for demanding marine applications. Whether you're building or repairing boats, inflatables, conveyor belts, tarpaulins or liners, this adhesive offers exceptional resistance to tearing, temperature and humidity.
This product includes a 750-ml can of adhesive and a 30-ml hardener. For optimum performance, it is essential to mix 4% to 4.5% hardener by weight in the adhesive. Bostik PU 520 adhesive dries quickly, with a drying time of around 15 minutes at 20°C and a maximum open time of 30 minutes. Pot life is 6 hours.
