YACHTCARE EPOXY PUTTY: TWO-COMPONENT, HIGH WATER RESISTANCE, SOLVENT-FREE PUTTY
Yachtcare Epoxy Mastic is a two-component epoxy putty designed for repairs and reinforcement of boat surfaces. The product offers excellent water resistance, making it ideal for use both above and below the waterline.
Applied to materials such as epoxy and polyester laminates, hardwood, steel and aluminum, it ensures exceptional adhesion and strength. Thanks to its solvent-free formulation, this epoxy putty can be applied in layers up to 2 cm thick without shrinkage.
It is ideal for filling irregularities, reinforcing corroded areas and making seals. The putty forms a smooth, uniform surface after curing, while offering excellent resistance to osmosis when applied at a thickness of 0.5 mm.
Before application to polyester, steel or aluminum laminate substrates, we recommend preparing the surfaces with a two-component epoxy primer to ensure optimum adhesion.
